I've bought from you in years past and I have to say, this year's crop of crawfish were phenomenal. The four sacks were devoured by everyone. The bugs were good size, clean, and we only found a handful of dead ones. Your prices were 50 cents less than the other fellows in town and the service was, as always, excellent. Most authentic gumbo I have ever had. I thought my gumbo was the best then I had Sambet's. They set the bar. I cannot say enough good things about the food. Eat and love it.
